No phone to pre order large buckets , booth not fully stocked with containers needed. Made up with Service oriented server, generous bucket for wait inconveniences. Overall, good experience and pretzels super fresh
All they had were cinnamon pretzels and non salted pretzels lady was really rude we just left there at 5pm even asked her just to add salt we weee getting a party bucket really pathetic ….
Got a cinnamon sugar pretzel here, it was rock hard, been sitting under the heating lamp for way too long. Don’t come here expecting mall quality pretzels, these stale ones don’t even come close.
