I stop every trip thru. I always get the same terminals, so I know I'ma pass em !! Never had an issue in all the years I've been stopping. Fresh, hot pretzels
The fact that I did a mobile order and the food wasn’t as fresh as I expected. I ordered a mango lemonade and received lemonade. I returned to tell the lady at the front and she said my order said lemonade. Listen to your customer first because it clearly said mango lemonade. I was waiting for them to take my other drink but I was going to trash it
Due to the location, it appears as if they "mass" produce product; so the food is not as "fresh" sitting under the light. However, Kathy provided very pleasant service.
