Due to the location, it appears as if they "mass" produce product; so the food is not as "fresh" sitting under the light. However, Kathy provided very pleasant service.

This is a must stop in Terminal B, everyone from the cashier back to the people making the pretzels were all very nice. Got the original and the cinnamon pretzels and it did not disappoint. Probably the best I've had in awhile
