Very dirty, the floor had a lot of food waste that was very visible. Would not come back to this location, wanted to get my younger cousin food from there but this wasn't the only occasion that I've seen this and I'm pretty sure your employees would love a very brittle jalapeno pretzel, it's either fresh, or really hard.
Cleo the server and her crew were awesome today. Great service, need e napkins and Cleo got them out right away.

"They aren't coming back because they are natives" coming from the manager named Ryan because I couldn't say spritzers correctly and asking where is the full order he didn't ring up. Co-worker stepped into to try offer a free pretzel saying if there is a angry customer thats what the offer. Spent 43.91$ to be discriminated and not received the full order we asked for.
Rude employees and terrible service. No one in line and ordered 2 reg pretzel cups. I asked if the 2 in the window were fresh and and the cashier said "yeah", went to pay, she prompted me for the tip option so I added one. Received our "food" that was hard as a rock on first bite atvthe counter. I politely explained they were hard and wondered if I could wait for a fresh batch.
