"They aren't coming back because they are natives" coming from the manager named Ryan because I couldn't say spritzers correctly and asking where is the full order he didn't ring up. Co-worker stepped into to try offer a free pretzel saying if there is a angry customer thats what the offer. Spent 43.91$ to be discriminated and not received the full order we asked for.
Rude employees and terrible service. No one in line and ordered 2 reg pretzel cups. I asked if the 2 in the window were fresh and and the cashier said "yeah", went to pay, she prompted me for the tip option so I added one. Received our "food" that was hard as a rock on first bite atvthe counter. I politely explained they were hard and wondered if I could wait for a fresh batch. Recently went there to order. Most workers were not friendly nor accommodating. My boyfriend requested something he'd already done few times before, asked to mix the cinnamon sticks with reg pretzel sticks, like half and half in the container and would pay for the cinnamon sticks' cost. They refused & said they can't do it due to company's policy. Now, he explained himself how he wanted it & told them he had done it few times & they still refused.
