My daughter and I love thus quick snack, and their rewards are great!
Pretzels are delicious and the workers are friendly, but they NEVER have Pretzels ready. Everytime I go, i have to wait AT LEAST 10-15 minutes. Some times is understandable but everytime? I've been to a number of auntie Anne's and this is the only one that never has Pretzels ready. EDIT: Thank you to the owner for replying so quickly. Looks like I can't use the app for pick up at this location until 11:15 AM which is just outside my window.
