I want my tip back. You forgot to give me the dipping sauce THAT I PAID FOR and then when I started walking away and noticed it was not in the bag, I came back and you demanded to see proof my sauce was not in the bag before giving me one and I started to move the pretzel in the bag to look and the pretzel fell to the ground and it was very embarrassing and an elderly couple picked it up and you told me to go throw it away myself in a trash can. Terrible service. I hope you get fired. I want my 20% tip back.

I always have a great experience at Auntie Anne’s at DFW Airport Terminal E. All the staff are very nice and friendly. There is one very nice lady (Hasna) in particular who always welcomes me with a big smile and is very helpful whenever I travel through Terminal E. I really appreciate the great customer service!

旅先で見かけると、つい立ち寄りたくなるお店だよ。焼きたてのプレッツェルを気軽に楽しめるのが魅力で、甘い系からしょっぱい系まで選べるから、軽食や小腹が空いたときにもぴったり。店頭で焼いているタイミングに当たると、香ばしい香りにつられてしまうことも。観光の合間にサクッと食べられるので、移動中のおやつ探しにもおすすめ。初めてなら定番の味から試してみると、そのお店らしさを感じやすいと思うよ。旅先で見つけたら一度立ち寄ってみて！

Convenient and fast. Hard to mess up a their delicious pretzel recipe. My new favorite is the pepperoni pretzels.
