Lazy teens working. Denied that they can do QR code promos& refused to try. So I waved my phone &scanned myself.. it worked. The kid was annoyed and said "were out of dough" .. Get it together guys y'all are ridiculous
3:00 pm - store is closed. 3:45 pm - 2 young men show up, messing around. I guess they are open now. I've already gone elsewhere.
Worst service ever! Neither girl wanted to help. Both of them had their backs towards the register. Dry cinnabon and no mocchalatta even though its advertised there.
Look, the employees don’t care. Expect them to be out of pretzels and say all we have in stock is lemonade. Sodas are out too. If any of them still work there by end of the week.. some rich child owns it to stay busy. This review comes after my most recent 5 visits with every experience being similar
Website and Google says they are open until 8pm... it's 630pm and I was told they close at 7pm and whatever they had was it (which was nothing)... the girl was really rude about it too... when I told her the website says 8pm she just shrugged her shoulders and said they close at 7.
