Went to Auntie Anne's at the mall to buy some pretzels. They had no pretzels -- at a place whose only purpose is to sell pretzels. We were told they'd be making some and to come back 25 minutes later. Went back 25 minutes later and still no pretzels. Workers couldn't have cared less. The worst.....!
Not sure why they a have a low review, but this place was awesome today. Quickly and they were fabulous. Fresh and full of sugar. So give them another try.

I went to auntie Annie’s yesterday.. absolutely horrible service. The cashier had an horrible attitude, did not speak one time, rolled her eyes multiple times at me and my kids, at the end I then asked for a receipt she did not speak, she pressed a button and walked off and made me grab my own receipt… which the receipt didn’t come out and yet she walked away. Horrible service and would never go again.
I haven't been to this place in I don't know how long. It's been years but nothing has changed. Just like every other fast food place...the food is good when you can catch it at the right time. The pretzels are so good when they are fresh but after they've sat under that lamp for too long they are hard. This place is to expensive to be buying hard pretzels. The lemonade is good though. Glad I got to try the new peach flavor. It was pretty good.
