Placed an online order and showed up 20 min after to pick up. I was told by the employee that he couldn’t make pretzels that day. Tried calling support to cancel the order but they did nothing. Never got my order since they also closed early that day for not making pretzels.

So apparently the store closes whenever. I walked in at 5:45pm on Monday. Employees where polite, but informed me that the they are not serving any more orders and are preparing to close. Google says open until 8pm Mon-Fri. The employees expressed that during the colder months they close early. They also didn't understand why people were confused by this. The store has literally no soda stocked. It took over 15 minutes for me to get my pretzels. The kid working was on his phone the entire time, even while taking my order. The kid working was kind, but come on, get off your phone! They said nothing about the wait time (no apology) for the food. I won't be back.
