HORRIBLE. I had a valid coupon for free nuggets with purchase of a drink. I showed him the coupon ahead to make sure I complied with the terms. I ordered and scanned the coupon and they wouldn't accept it. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused saying, "She's just going to tell you the same thing." NEVER GOING BACK!!!
Ordered food, 20 mins later I come and the worker states the machines are down and they will be for a whole week so I would have to come back? This store closes whenever and nothing gets done. Workers are horrible, everything about this place is horrible. Worker had his pants down to his knees while he was wiping down the table and a pretzel dog was in between both cheeks. Young black man..
Placed an online order and showed up 20 min after to pick up. I was told by the employee that he couldn’t make pretzels that day. Tried calling support to cancel the order but they did nothing. Never got my order since they also closed early that day for not making pretzels.
So apparently the store closes whenever. I walked in at 5:45pm on Monday. Employees where polite, but informed me that the they are not serving any more orders and are preparing to close. Google says open until 8pm Mon-Fri. The employees expressed that during the colder months they close early. They also didn't understand why people were confused by this.
