The store has literally no soda stocked. It took over 15 minutes for me to get my pretzels. The kid working was on his phone the entire time, even while taking my order. The kid working was kind, but come on, get off your phone! They said nothing about the wait time (no apology) for the food. I won't be back.

Auntie Anne’s is my go-to stop whenever I’m craving something warm and salty-sweet. The pretzels are always fresh, soft on the inside, and perfectly golden on the outside. You can smell them from a mile away — and that smell never disappoints. The classic salted pretzel is always a win, but the cinnamon sugar and pretzel bites are just as amazing. young man who works there is rude. took 10 mins to make an overcooked pretzel, screens of items are not working but, most importantly, speaking to a customer like they are dumb when they ask what kind of drinks you have is immature. you still got tipped but do better or stop working in customer service.
