Absolutely horrible. My pretzel was greasy, doughy, and literally looked undercooked inside. I couldn’t even eat it. I paid for food that was basically inedible.
The workers don't give a crap here and it shows. Watched the crew burn by food, have my bag tossed at me, and the staff literally YELL at another customer unprovoked.
All three times I’ve been to the location, they have not had any pretzels. They complained that they’d have to go make some more pretzels.
HORRIBLE. I had a valid coupon for free nuggets with purchase of a drink. I showed him the coupon ahead to make sure I complied with the terms. I ordered and scanned the coupon and they wouldn't accept it. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused saying, "She's just going to tell you the same thing." NEVER GOING BACK!!!
