I don’t know who runs this place but you need to train your ignorant employees on customer service ! I was ignored by 3 people until after about 2-3 mins 1 of them called the other one and motioned with her eyes that I was there. He was annoyed that I was stopping him from filling the ice bin. SMH . My son really wanted those damn pretzel bites or I wouldn’t waste my time
This worst, and I mean the worst customer service I have ever encountered!! Simply asked the worker if they were open and she was so incredibly rude that we walked away. Pay your people more or stop hiring senior citizens who are disgruntled and entitled.
So I was super excited to get my Auntie Anne's pretzel today after some light canvassing at the mall. Even pulled out my Auntie Anne's rewards app for my free first pretzel which I was even more excited to use. The cashier/server was decent until she saw I wanted to use rewards, and proceeded with an attitude & stressed body language to tell me that I need to buy two pretzels to get my free pretzel which was no where in the t&c of the offer. Approximately at 4:25 today I came to auntie Anne’s by my son request while we were shopping. As we are in line waiting the light skin young lady who I have to say has such a very ugly personality she made jokes to the team about my son. She was the ones making pretzels she stated my son head was huge and as big as the character head “stewie” the young lady behind her who has a little bit more weight than her found it funny and laughed!
