This place used to be great 10 years ago. It was all family run now the pretzels are not as good as it used to be.
Service could be better, I have gone here for months due to no other place near me selling good cinnamon pretzels with a reasonably sized dipping cup for sauces. Unfortunately, all of the workers are rude and seem tired- no matter what time of the day it is. Their tone is very disregarding and they do not make any effort to smile or lighten up on their tone; along with mumbling the majority of the time. I occasionally stopped by here for a plain pretzel while doing Target runs. Today, they lost my business forever. This store never runs out of pretzels but for the T-Mobile Free Pretzel Day, they informed me that they "don't have any pretzels today". This is such a lie. I'm not coming here anymore.
