Went to get a pretzel between appointments. The man behind the counter was rude when I stepped up to a closed register just to get close enough to read the menu. Ordered my pretzel and got crappy cheese pre packaged and cold and my pretzel was falling apart and dough. Threw it out and didn’t eat it.
I love the blue Raspberry Lemonade, and the Pretzel bites were so good. I just wish the second time I went there, they had fresh Pretzels. They said it'd take an hour and a half for the dough to rise ☹️.
1st know they are on the subway level. Also didn't have any almond pretzels :(
