1st know they are on the subway level. Also didn't have any almond pretzels :(
We have been here several times and each time the dough, both pretzels and Cinnabons, is under-cooked. It is not safe for people to eat under-cooked dough.
Excellent customer service!! The manager was very nice. She went beyond common curtisy and was very funny!!
I’ve come here twice during regular business hours recently and they were not open. Another time I walked past during regular business hours and there was an employee there but the gate was down. Not sure what the current status of this place is? It seems to be closed to me.
