The people that work here are the worst. Go somewhere else
7 people and slow as he'll, ordered a bucket and had to wait, because no one is doing anything. Took them 15 min to check out the person in front of me. Person making food had gloves on but touching her hair. Saturday 1pm 14th of December.
The last couple times I've ordered the same breakfast bagel I've always ordered from here (turkey with tomato ) it's missing something. Last time it was the tomato, today no egg nor cheese. Not sure what is going on. It's bad enough you have to wait in a long drive thru line, then pull around to find nowhere to park and wait longer, but then to finally have a chance to eat during your morning commute & find you (once again) overpaid & tipped for something you didn't even order REALLY burns!
Closed at 4:45 pm...
So sad to post this, but I hope the Merhle Hay team learns from this post. merhle hay Auntie Anne’s is unsanitary. I was waiting behind a customer paying in cash. The cashier proceeded to handle the cash and coins, without removing his gloves. He then took my order, and proceeded to handle my pretzel without removing his gloves. I had to ask him to remove his gloves before handling my food. As a customer, please practice good hygiene. It is disgusting to handle money AND handle food without discarding gloves or washing hands... read more
