1 Star 0/5 experience. There were four employees working, but only ONE person was actually helping customers while the line stretched all the way down to Bourbon Street. I asked for a pepperoni pretzel and the employee started giving me pretzel bites—which I did NOT ask for. Cooks me a attitude when I’m trying to pick up my order like im not going to stand in line for a pick up order just give me my food I paid first and you have it out waiting for me
Service was kind and quick. The pretzel (only one of 2 available) was stale and hard despite only being open an hour or when we bought our pretzel. Had to throw it away.
Great customer service and the pretzels were amazing! Will definitely be coming back!!!
Horrible customer service from the guy working there. From the start he had an attitude like he was sick of being there and didn't want to interact with anyone. When I ordered I pointed at the thing I wanted from the sign next to the guy and read him the exact name underneath the picture. The guy then proceeds to give me something different.
