Cooks me a attitude when I’m trying to pick up my order like im not going to stand in line for a pick up order just give me my food I paid first and you have it out waiting for me
Service was kind and quick. The pretzel (only one of 2 available) was stale and hard despite only being open an hour or when we bought our pretzel. Had to throw it away.

Horrible customer service from the guy working there. From the start he had an attitude like he was sick of being there and didn't want to interact with anyone. When I ordered I pointed at the thing I wanted from the sign next to the guy and read him the exact name underneath the picture. The guy then proceeds to give me something different. Came by to grab something new to try. Had the Oreo nuggets, it was delicious. As the gentleman squeezing the icing cream onto the Nuggets , I mentioned to him I don’t want it overly sweet than he stopped after the first round of the icing, his service was very accommodating.
