I stopped by to get cinnamon sugar pretzels. An older woman was helping at the register and handling the food. Her gloves were ripped open with her nails sticking out. I was absolutely disgusted just from that. Then one of the kids dropped the pretzels picked them up with gloves on, went to put them back and stopped and asked before fully putting back on the tray. This review is about the older woman who I assume is the manager (because she was the only person who didn't appear to be high school aged). I watched her rolling pretzels with gloves on, then picked up her phone and sent a text with those same gloves on, then immediately continued rolling pretzels WITH THOSE SAME GLOVES ON. That is disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. I don't think you need a ServSafe certificate to know why this is gross.
I tried 3 times today to grab a pretzel and the 2 girls working said come back later! ?Laughing and messing around with the food! How unprofessional. If I owned this spot they'd be fired immediately. Unacceptable. Do better!
Eric and pricilla went out of their way to make my order ahead of their scheduled time and I would highly recommend retuning to this auntie Ann’s again.
$7.50 after tax for a pretzel is insane! This is not the airport, you’re too greedy for profits. Do not buy pretzels here if you have a brain, go buy yourself lunch for $3 more!
