I ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel and a sweet glaze dip. The big sign hanging up with all the menu items and prices said the cinnamon sugar pretzel was $3.49. When the cashier rung me up, the register said $4.49. I asked the cashier about the price and she said they changed the prices and shrugged her shoulders. I visited with my two daughters and we had a great experience, Customer service was awesome and I want to thank the young lady working there. She made us fresh pretzels and they were outstanding 😋 Best experience I've had!! Thx, Edward
Puts everything away hours before they close, don't care what their hours are, and can't be bothered to actually serve anything.
We have tried this 2 times. Each time it took over 1 hr after ordering our food to be served. First time was last Sat evening about 6pm. Was seated and the waitress took our drink order immediately and we ordered our food. After waiting 45 minutes for our food I asked the waitress how much longer because I was very hungry. It took over 1 hr to be served. We gave them benefit of the doubt, went again on Wed. Again I took over 1 hr for my husband to get the special and for a Reuben sandwich. Will not go back.
