The young girl with glasses who was working this evening is very rude and unprofessional. It's 6pm and they dont close until 8 but she refused myself and the two people in front of my daughter and I stating she wasnt making any more items because it takes too long. Literally two hours before you close but you can't make any pretzels?? If she wasnt so rude about it everyone probably would have accepted it better.
The last 2 maybe 3 times I was there, I was told they couldn't make one of their items. The one time she told me it would be 10 mins & when I said ok, I will wait, she changed it to, "OH, we are out of them." Every time I went there it was the same girl working. She deserves no stars. She's short with dark hair. So today I decided to try again. I felt like the same person would be there & I'd be given some excuse to why she can't make what I'm asking for. Really enjoyed my food. The staff were friendly and the food was good .
I ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel and a sweet glaze dip. The big sign hanging up with all the menu items and prices said the cinnamon sugar pretzel was $3.49. When the cashier rung me up, the register said $4.49. I asked the cashier about the price and she said they changed the prices and shrugged her shoulders. I informed her that if the menu says $3.49, that’s the price that needs to be honored. She still shrugged her shoulders very confused so I asked her if she could take the $1.00 off. I visited with my two daughters and we had a great experience, Customer service was awesome and I want to thank the young lady working there. She made us fresh pretzels and they were outstanding 😋 Best experience I've had!! Thx, Edward
