Why is the phone number for this location incorrect? That's ridiculous
The product is good, the prices are quite expensive, but it is totally unacceptable that they do not have napkins.
The large pretzels were so thin, they should feel embarrassed selling them. The male caught an attitude when I said nevermind about buying the pretzels. I am not about to pay $6 for a thin pretzel. Auntie Anne's please DO BETTER with the quality of your food. It has gone downhill these past few years.
I had a terrible experience at Auntie Anne’s. I ordered a mini hot dog, and the staff told me it would take 10 minutes. I waited patiently nearby, but I noticed that customers who ordered the same product after me were served their mini hot dogs before I was. When I went to inquire about my order, the staff told me I would have to wait another 5 minutes because they were just starting to prepare it. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had.
