Terrible, do not go here EVER AGAIN! The staff are constantly on their phones, and the manager does not say anything. It took longer than expected to get my pretzels. To add, the manager mocked and made fun of my laugh as I ordered. How unprofessional.
Why is the phone number for this location incorrect? That's ridiculous
The product is good, the prices are quite expensive, but it is totally unacceptable that they do not have napkins.
The large pretzels were so thin, they should feel embarrassed selling them. The male caught an attitude when I said nevermind about buying the pretzels. I am not about to pay $6 for a thin pretzel. Auntie Anne's please DO BETTER with the quality of your food. It has gone downhill these past few years.
