I visited the store for the free pretzel day and anticipating to buy other items. There three staffs at the counter, all of them didn’t have knowledge of the promotion. I had logged in to website to use the promotion, they insisted the promotion doesn’t work because I don’t have the app installed. Which made absolutely no sense! After I downloaded the app, the app presented the same screens as the website, they couldn’t figured how to use it. I love soft pretzels, ever since I was a kid… but these… by far the worst pretzels I’ve had. I’ve had better store bought and microwaveable ones. The staff’s customer service wasn’t great either.
Showed up @ 10:10 just for employee to say they are closed when they open at 10
