Service was incredible. Ilianawas so amazing and took care of us. the drink and sugar pretzels are to die for the sugar pretzels are so soft and the watermelon lemonade is outstanding. Definitely recommend this place
Awful service, given bad attitude for no reason. Slamming things, handing out items I did not ask for, rolling eyes, not even knowing their own menu. Clearly decent human decency let alone customer service isn’t part of their training here.
I went to this location with my son on a Monday afternoon. There weren’t any other customers and I gave my son my card and asked him to order what he wants, just so he gets used to stuff like this. It took him a minute to tell the lady at the register what he wanted and when she asked a follow up question (in a very rude tone), my son took a moment to think and the lady at the register immediately yelled at me and beckoned me to come over and told me my son doesn’t know how to speak and to quickly tell her what he wanted bef... read more
I ordered online and went to pick up my order. 2 Hispanic ladies was there very rude didn’t find my order. Seems like I was asking food for Free. So could say politely. Very sucks. Need to replace those ladies. Happened to me last time also no smile and not friendly. Not coming back to this store. Owner should take an action against them🫥
