Juno gives the best customer service. You can tell he loves his job!! every time we order the cinnamon bites they are always perfect when he works just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar.
The shop smells like burnt bread, but I took a chance on some cinnamon sugar pretzel bites... but they taste burnt and have too little cinnamon sugar on them (not that I could taste it over the burnt flavor). Maybe they're good other days, but at this moment, I wouldn't risk it... wishing I was still there to get a refund.
This place was so awesome. Everyone is kind and polite!!! great atmosphere and delicious pretzels!!!
First time at this location and the staff were amazing! The pretzels were huge and actually pretty. Paris was a delight and you can tell she takes pride in her work. This is our new go to location from now on. Highly recommend.
