I always get treated like a queen here. Always a pleasant visit and a friendly smile!! Lady working today deserves a raise she is so pleasant to deal with
The lady that was there today was extremely sweet, very generous, professional and friendly. Service was incredible. I am grateful for wonderful employees like her. She made my day.
Poor management. You can see that the leadership skills are lacking. I have seen the "owner" yelling at a woman and cussing at her. I will never support a business that encourages that behavior.
Numerous times have ordered pretzel bites and they are cold and taste old, like they have been sitting there. I’ve been very loyal but now I have to rethink whether I buy again or not.
