I’m a huge fan of aunties Ann’s, I love the fresh and made pretzels especially the jalapeño cheese sauce. Unfortunately I recently had horrible customer experience with an employee named Tabby, She was very rude and condescending by making me feel rushed ordering my food as well as having an underlying attitude when speaking to me about my order. They don't have pretzels even though it is on their menu. They only have pretzel nuggets. They even have the nerve to ask for a tip. I dont think so. Terrible practices at this location.

What a crock, forcing someone to tip with no option not to. Not friendly either.
