I was craving a pretzel so I decided to drive the 15 minutes to the mall to grab one. I went to the auntie Anne's in the food court, they also have a kiosk . I did have to wait a few minutes for my pretzel because it was still in the oven, but that was not an issue because I love when it is fresh. My pretzel was nice and warm, salted, it was perfection.. the two ladies at the counter were courteous .
I can’t believe what you sold me yesterday! I bought the mini pepperoni pizzas for my daughter and they were completely burnt — hard as a rock, not even edible. If I hadn’t been stuck at the play area with my child, I would have marched back and thrown them right in your face to ask how on earth you dare sell something like this. Absolutely disgusting. Never again will I buy anything from you.

I have not gone to Aintie Anne’s Pretzels since I left Virginia Beach in 2011. Since we came early to the mall I decided to savor the pretzels either their signature almond caramel dipping sauce in which everyone buys the pretzels for that reason. Upon paying for it I was told they do not have the dipping sauce. It is kind of ridiculous when one buys the pretzels without the condiments.
