The mini-dogs are delicious, and I give the employee there a full 10 stars; she’s the only one working there, yet she still manages to get the job done. You can see the exhaustion on her face when I come in, because doing the work of two people isn't easy—they really need two more staff members

I love auntie Anne's but the one here in gettysburg never and I mean never has pretzels ready when I come in. And when you ask for one it's a 20 minute wait and the employee act upset. Start making pretzels not just the bites
We went here last night, 8/7 around 6:00. The girl working was extremely rude. I’ve never had such horrible service. She was slamming things around, and acted annoyed that she had to do her job. Her attitude was horrible and she was not hiding it. As long as she is working, we will never be back.
