Food was a bit dry
Waste of time, they wouldn’t honor a coupon I received to my email for a free pretzel.
Apparently cheese isn’t included with the nuggets. Now I’m stuck with some hard pretzel nuggets and no warm cheese. Didn’t even offer, just tried to juice more cash out of me at the end and claims it’s extra. Customer beware!
Just stopped by to pick up some pretzels for my kids after school got big attitude from the Man with the dreads when I called out their pretzels for being burnt on the bottom, decided to leave I'm going somewhere else for snacks! The location is bigger and now currently on the third floor, but man, what a disaster!
The pretzels aren't worth the effort it takes to order them or the hassle of dealing with the employees. I had to explain my order 3 times to the cashier and all I was ordering was a salted pretzel.
