You can’t mess a pretzel up but they somehow ended up doing that. The service was rude I asked for one thing and they do the complete opposite. You would think since it’s expensive they would listen to your request. Nope they don’t. You’re an inconvenience to them as soon as you step to the register. Won’t be back
Paid for pretzel bites and cheese. Immediately afterwards, I observed the young man making the food eating food, putting bare fingers in his mouth, putting tongs used to scoop food directly in and near his mouth. No handwashing. No glove use. Immediately requested my money back and will NOT be back.
Stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for one of the three workers there to acknowledge my existence. All three looked at me in the eyes amd continued to ignore me. That's fine, ill take my business elsewhere. Unacceptable
