Paid for pretzel bites and cheese. Immediately afterwards, I observed the young man making the food eating food, putting bare fingers in his mouth, putting tongs used to scoop food directly in and near his mouth. No handwashing. No glove use. Immediately requested my money back and will NOT be back.

Stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for one of the three workers there to acknowledge my existence. All three looked at me in the eyes amd continued to ignore me. That's fine, ill take my business elsewhere. Unacceptable

The pretzels are soo good - once in awhile. But most of the time they are ok-ish... Or burnt and so tough you can't eat them. Prices keep going up and quality isn't keeping up. When you hand us 3 burnt pretzel items, clearly this wasn't a mistake. You noticed the batches were burnt and chose to serve them anyway, at 8$ each for the regular cups and I believe 5$ for the pretzel. It's a big hassle to make a batch properly at home but for 20$+ at least I would be able to eat a few that weren't burnt!

Insane that you can get away with charging 12 for 2 basic salted Pretzels. My son said it was OK but not as good as Sams Clubs, which is about 1 dollar compared to a 6.
