I’ve been to many an Auntie Anne’s in my mall shopper experience. Usually the smell is better than the actual pretzels. But here… I got the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites the other day and they were literally the best soft pretzels I’ve ever had. They were perfectly coated in the sugar, no clumps of sugar or naked pretzel anywhere to be found. Crispy on the outside and soft and chewy in the center. The singular girl who was working needs a nobel prize. I almost went back and congratulated her myself. Please never close.
4/15/2024 I put in an online order to be picked up at 11:15am. At 11:30am I proceeded to the store and was greeted with an empty store. I waited for another 20 minutes assuming someone must've slept past their alarms, but still nobody came. I reached out to customer service via their contact form and waited 2 days before I heard back from anyone.
