I ordered some sour cream and onion pretzels from this specific location. When I arrived home, settled in and took the pretzels out to eat, I noticed all of them had a brownish powder all over (photo attached).The sour cream and onion which I have ordered many times since the 90s always has a whitish powder. I am not sure if the powder is expired or if it's the oil the pretzels where dipped in causing the brownish powder. I tasted it and it doesn't taste like the sour cream and onion. Pretzel dogs are never fresh or you always have to wait to get them made. And they always look like they have been sitting out all night long and just brushed with butter in the morning. Service here is always hit or miss.
Says open till 9pm, but can't order anything at 7pm.
