They refused to honor BOGO and make up there own rules at the York Galleria Mall location. Customer service and store management refused to correct it even after given proof. Overpriced food. Go elsewhere.

Honestly I wouldn't even give one star. Ordered at the kiosk to make things easier on both parties but the service was dismissive and rude as if we were a bother. I was told they didn't have what I ordered and that I would have to wait. I insteading of adding more work just settled for something different.The specific team member we had then decided to yell profanity in the back. An employee by the name of Taylor was very rude and unprofessional. Not only did she speak very low & I could not hear her’ she rolled her eyes and had an attitude when I placed an order. 12/21/2025 Placed order at register, paid with card. Girl at register was working both cash registers and looked over and said “you’re good”. Asked about receipt and she said you’re good. Received our pretzels and started to walk away and noticed received wrong pretzels. My husband turned around and said you gave us the wrong pretzels.
