Trashy employees.. it’s 15 mins till close and you feel bothered we are ordering. If I were the owner I would fire that female associate. Bad representation. If you can’t handle dealing with customers then quit bc no company needs a worker like you.
Always a great fan but today’s visit has left me more than disappointed. I had a family member from Australia with me and wanted him to sample and enjoy the Auntie Annie experience. They had no food!!!! At 2pm on a Thursday afternoon nothing at all. The young girl said they were just cooking right now. I said ok and walked away and then turned around to ask how long it would be until they had pretzels. The guy did not even look at me and muttered 8-10. Very disappointing. Customer service a nightmare fat zero.
I love this store the sales lady was so nice and patient with the kids. And the food was delicious. Would like to comeback again.
They refused to honor BOGO and make up there own rules at the York Galleria Mall location. Customer service and store management refused to correct it even after given proof. Overpriced food. Go elsewhere.
