They never change out the butter ,they reuse it for weeks at a time . The management are horrible completely unprofessional,including the district manager they treat the kids who work there horribly
Asked for pepperoni bites, old dude there flat out refused bc he would have to make them. If you’re so unsatisfied with your job, maybe get a new one, and probably something NOT in customer service.
Hours say open at 10AM. It’s 10:30, and the employee says “yeah we aren’t even close to opening yet.” A little rough for that on pretzel day.
