I go every year to get a free pretzel in my birthday. This year, I didn’t get the reward notification in the app. I went to the location at Cumberland Mall in Atlanta GA and the people were so unhelpful. My birthday was shown in the App and they can see it on my ID and all they had to say was that I needed to “talk to the app people”. I asked them how to contact someone and they just shrugged and said they didn’t know. 0 customer service.
With a store full of food, you would think they’d want to sell at 8:03 instead of turning people away
If I could give a negative for service, I would! If you’ve ever been there then you know. They are at the bottom of the list when it comes to service in the Atlanta area… and that says ALOT!!! Gave them another try and once again… here’s what happened: I ordered 2 cinnamon pretzel nuggets and they are raw on the inside. It was about 7:30. I walked up at 7:06pm. No pretzels were made except 2 plain pretzels on display. I asked the girl for my order and she says we don’t have anything made, you can get one of these two we have made. So they close at 8 but teens are closing it down at 7pm in there. Big issue
