I walked into Cumberland Mall to go to Auntie Anne's to use a reward that I had... before all the complications came from trying to redeem my reward that hadn't expired.. On the Fourth of July I came to this location for a small mini dog cup and a strawberry lemonade frozen. Unfortunately the frozen lemonade was not ready so I opt for a regular strawberry lemonade in which taste like a glass of water with lemon. My order came up to no more than $16 after opting out of a tip. I then go home and check my bank account and see the cashier had charged me $31 for a small mini dog and a cup of lemonade! Serving cold pretzels with the rudest customer service I ever seen. Young girl literally got mad because the pretzel was cold and hard
The customer service is terrible, the prices for those greasy pieces of bread are ridiculous, or rather, that's throwing your money away.
