I had to get everyone's name this crew was super! GIVE THEM gift cards! Laniya, Jalece, & Ariel When I came through I paid for myself and another friend with me. These girls where hard at work always smiling and they gave 110% customer service! GREAT TEAM They Deserve more then thanks! I can say that, the location is Cumberland Mall. They never have salted pretzel bites :( they stop cooking like an hour before close and then run out of food.
On Sunday afternoon, I went to buy some cinnamon nuggets, and I asked the guy at the register if he could please give me the second one in the row , which had more sugar and cinnamon. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't give me the second one (the one behind the first cup) because if he reached further back, he would burn his arm!… ????? By far the worst customer service experience in Atlanta, employees and manager super rude specially with Hispanic People, I’ve tried to order the pretzel I want and they want to give me the one they want! Ridiculous!!! A total chaos because of this request,whoever is in charge has to investigate more about it. Never ever come back here, we felt humiliated! Oh by the way there was no one on line , No wonder! Please contact me!
A very popular good pretzels place inside Cumberland Mall plus this pretzel place is so popular they have not 1 but 2 places in the mall 1 near Foodcourt area & other 1 is near kids footlocker shop
