Absolutely horrible location, TERRIBLE and lazy staff. They’ll turn you away 30 mins before closing because “it takes too long”. I’ve never heard of that, and we were only ordering one pretzel. Change your hours to reflect when you ACTUALLY stop selling food if it’s not at 5pm, or maybe get employees who can do actually fulfill their job requirements.. the laziness is insane.

If you close at 7pm, why wouldn't I expect to be able to get an original pretzel at 6:30pm? Even if I arrived at 6:15pm, that place was cleaned up and Employees were ready to check out.

I was very surprised when they were open inside of the mall that has almost nothing left inside. Every time that I go there, I never have an issue with the food nor the service. Would definitely recommend to others.

The food isn't the issue at this location, it is the staff. The female worker is rude not only to customers but also to fellow co workers. Multiple times she has refused service, stating they were closing early or she could be yelling and name calling fellow co workers. I Like auntie Anne's but its a coin toss as to if you'll get served or what new name she will scream at a co worker.
