Top three pretzal nuggets were hot and coated in cinnamon sugar, every nugget after was cold and plain. Terrible. Tossed them, what a waste.
Pretzels were cold. Customer service was terrible. I didn't realize the employeesgott paid to talk on the phone while they "service" the customer. We weren't greeted or no one said anything along the lines of "thank you". Crappy service and food. I didn't even talk about the price of the crappy food.
Apparently you have to pay $1.50 extra for icing now that used to be included with the desert pretzels
