Employees do not want to work and have unwarranted attitudes. They only want to make the simple items (cinnamon bites really) because it doesn’t take much effort. I fly every couple of months. When the airport first opened up until earlier this year, I have never had an issue getting pretzel dogs or mini dogs. I am not giving one star because it was unavailable once. During a trip, I stopped by this shop and the older woman was extremely kind and sweet. She really made my purchase a joy. Thank you for your kindness.
The man working at around 4pm straight up refused to serve me. Said I had to go to the back of the line unless I was ordering more than one pretzel. The woman working with him said he could serve me but he refused to.
the young man working the counter tonight was extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason, would definitely give 0 stars if i could.
The worst Annie's pretzels I've ever had. The franchise should residence renounce this location.
