Greasy hot slimy salty bread served by the most bitter meanest disgruntled old lady on the planet. In her defense, I knew what to expect. It’s an experience everyone should regret at least once.
Employee very disrespectful. Claimed they were closed at 1:35 pm. She never turned around to say sorry we are temporarily closed. Just plain rude.
I was able to receive a pretzel here despite other reviews suggesting you cannot.
Edit: After my trip I happened to be able to stop by the same shop amd ask for a manager which wasnt there. Wanted to complain about my previous experience. However what I got was "have you ever had fast food? What you see isnt what you get" and that the bread is still pretzel bread but cut into circles and designed to look like a biscuit, which on the menu is not the case. At this point they can get bent.
