A popular pretzel place inside north point mall in awesome Alpharetta
The guys working tonight did a great job because we had previously tried another pretzel place downstairs earlier and they were dry and stale and we had to throw them out When we found this place on the upper level, they came out of the oven hot and fresh. Way better than the downstairs place and the workers are super friendly.
Don’t go to this auntie Anne’s pretzel location upstairs near the food court. The scanner that scans the app for rewards or points doesn’t work. The employees knows this. When I contacted corporate with my receipt to add my points. I was met with rude and unhelpful response via email. I kept attaching a screenshot of my receipt in every email. The email kept saying that never received it. Don’t go here to this pretzel location and expecting to use your points and corporate want help you either.
I see a lot of bad reviews but today they made the mini hot dog pretzels from scratch since they needed more and it took them a while to make them for me. They were extremely kind and gave me a free lemonade for being so patient. I personally had a great experience with them especially with the girl who was working at the register I think she was new :)
