Don’t go to this auntie Anne’s pretzel location upstairs near the food court. The scanner that scans the app for rewards or points doesn’t work. The employees knows this. When I contacted corporate with my receipt to add my points. I was met with rude and unhelpful response via email. I kept attaching a screenshot of my receipt in every email. The email kept saying that never received it. Don’t go here to this pretzel location and expecting to use your points and corporate want help you either.
I see a lot of bad reviews but today they made the mini hot dog pretzels from scratch since they needed more and it took them a while to make them for me. They were extremely kind and gave me a free lemonade for being so patient. I personally had a great experience with them especially with the girl who was working at the register I think she was new :)
$7.50 for a cup full of soggy pretzel bites with 0 salt. $5 for a small drink. Place has fallen off.
I would give zero rating if option is there. We got cinnamon sugar nuggets 2 times. We could not take a bite both of the times. It was rotten nuggets. Smells very bad. Don’t buy here if you think about safety
Keep your eye on the floor. Our last time there (which may literally be our LAST TIME there), we spotted no less than 3 cockroaches as we stood on line. Not sure why we still place an order but we did, only to be ripped off by their OREO topped nuggets. The bowl was filled with black paper (to hide that they were ripping us off) and we paid $8 to get only 8 pretzel nuggets.
