No one greeted us ! The cashier was dry and nonchalant ! She acted as if we were bothering her and didn’t even thank us for our purchase . Horrible atmosphere and customer service ! Also , the food was not fresh and stuck together !
I ordered two almond pretzels yesterday both were really oily and left an after taste like baking soda. I decided to return it after my stomach was bubbling and started hurting. They told me that there was nothing they could do and didn’t even apologize or something. Worst service ever. I never complaint but decided to complaint today as I think it is important for everyone else to be careful with this Auntie Anne’s.
A popular pretzel place inside north point mall in awesome Alpharetta
The guys working tonight did a great job because we had previously tried another pretzel place downstairs earlier and they were dry and stale and we had to throw them out When we found this place on the upper level, they came out of the oven hot and fresh. Way better than the downstairs place and the workers are super friendly.
