I ordered a doordash through them and got the food in my order. I ordered a combo pack and got normal pretzels instead of pepperoni pretzels. I would have dealt with it but when I tried to call about it to see if there was anything they could do they kept hanging up on me so that I wasn’t able to get to talk to their staff. That is very unprofessional and I absolutely love Auntie Anne’s but will absolutely not be ordering from there again.
