Forks are only provided when "Oreo pretzels " are ordered. You are expected to pick up the sticky foods with your fingers. Tooth picks? Ran out yesterday as always. Same issue every time we shop there. I can't figure out why with the price we paid for the pretzels, we can't even have proper utensils to eat.

Placed and paid for a mobile order via the Auntie Anne’s app. Upon arriving for pickup, I was told they didn’t have what I ordered in stock, was told they would not issue a refund (but “maybe you can try to request one in the app instead”), and was not offered a substitution. Am not only disappointed that the item I wanted was out of stock, but am extremely frustrated that I am out nearly $10 with absolutely nothing.

I was there few days ago I ordered pretzels hot dog it was under cook then I asked for replacement but store associate she was satire me said even food is undercook but one one else brought it back I answered her undercook bread is so disgusting make me nauseous she said i know but not going to kill you

They had every offer of pretzel out and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Harley really went above and beyond for us and really made patronizing this place enjoyable.

Terrible customer service. The line gets really long while they have one person take order and the other 3 just stare.
