Lazy staff. Never on time. Poor customer service
Supposed to be open at 10. Stopped at 1020 to get a pretzel. Employee didn’t acknowledge me for quite a few minutes. Told me would be 10 minutes until they had something. Decided to wait. Watched her pull pretzels out of the oven 10 mins later. Went to the counter. Waited quite a few minutes to finally be acknowledged and that was by the subway employee as the Annie Anne’s ignored me. Wrong gps location. It’s actually inside Walmart. Have tried going here at least 5 times and either they are closed during business hours or they just have horrible customer service and out of whatever it is that you’re asking for. Dont get your hopes up with this location.
Oh, the thrill of the chase for those elusive pretzel bites! Morning, noon, or night, it's like a treasure hunt with no X marks the spot. And when you dare to inquire? A huddle of whispers, side-eye glances, and the grand finale: "System crash!" Five hours early closing for a system crash when you just sold something? Must be running on Windows 95. The food's good, sure, if you can ever catch them actually making it. Easiest paycheck in town, I guess. 🤷♀️"
I asked for bites and of course they did not have any. So I asked for a regular pretzel. They had one. I asked for mustard and was told they did not have any - I said subway does not have mustard? I received an attitude with the employee saying fine I can get one from over there but it’s not gonna be whatever. The pretzel was so hard I almost could not chew it.
