So mad I drove all the way across town to get a bucket after trying to call 4 times and no one answered. Online days open till 9pm but then I get there on it to be told them close at 5 each day and not a single person was there... update your hours and stop wasting your customers time and money gas is not cheap and time is important just to have to go home empty handed and tell everyone the place was closed so they can't have what they waited all day for!!!
Asked for a bucket, was met with attitude and was quoted an untrue policy.
Lazy staff. Never on time. Poor customer service
Supposed to be open at 10. Stopped at 1020 to get a pretzel. Employee didn’t acknowledge me for quite a few minutes. Told me would be 10 minutes until they had something. Decided to wait. Watched her pull pretzels out of the oven 10 mins later. Went to the counter. Waited quite a few minutes to finally be acknowledged and that was by the subway employee as the Annie Anne’s ignored me. Wrong gps location. It’s actually inside Walmart. Have tried going here at least 5 times and either they are closed during business hours or they just have horrible customer service and out of whatever it is that you’re asking for. Dont get your hopes up with this location.
