I stopped by the Auntie Anne's at Cottonwood Mall today expecting just a quick pretzel fix, but I walked away blown away by the incredible customer service! The employee working (I wish I had caught her name—she was a superstar!) went way above and beyond. I had a T-Mobile Tuesday perk for a free pretzel, but their website was completely down when I tried to log in and redeem it—no way to generate the code or even access the offer. My son and I came here today 11/18/25 @4:20 pm. I was very excited because my son had never tasted a pretzel from Anne’s. The young lady at the counter was very kind and very helpful. She made sure we had a hot fresh pretzel. I didn’t get her name, but kudos to her for the great customer service and for ensuring there were nice fresh hot pretzels available.
