The atmosphere is the Mall which is great. The service isn’t bad. But the presentation of the pretzel selection gives old and sitting all day. It seems when men are in charge of food businesses they don’t care about quality! My pretzel was not fresh. So disappointing! Especially because not all locations have the almond covered pretzel.
I have to give it one star because of the times I have ordered there to eat at the mall, they always have given me the right order. For the first time I ordered online and they did not get me the order right. I call multiple times, contacted them on their website as well and so far there is no response. When calling DoorDash they tell me I have to call the store for any problems. What a nightmare. Number on receipt says not in service! Wonderful
