Theyre never open! Why are they always closed?
The service was extremely, extremely slow!!! It honestly felt like the staff couldn’t be bothered serving customers at all. There were only 3 people ahead of us in line, yet we waited 40 minutes… even though all the products were already sitting in the display case. They sold us completely burnt pretzels, and when I asked for a replacement, they said they were “supposed to be like that” and refused both an exchange and a refund! Seriously??? Doesn’t have what’s on the menu. Once upon a time, this location was my favorite place to eat at. Now, I’ve been forced to watch it become a shell of itself, lying to customers with its displayed menu of what’s able to be ordered, but in reality only offering a variety of pretzel nuggets and miniature pretzel-dogs.
