First off: I ordered the Oreo topped pretzel bites and proceeded to pay with a gift card. For some reason, the gift card would work when scanned so I asked if he can manually input the payment. He said he didn't know how and he'd have to ask his manager...then just stood there. He then said I could try to put the gift card on the app and order there. Secondly, the pretzel bites were SO HARD and dry. They were difficult to eat. Never have I been to an Auntie Anne's where the prezelts were like this.

This was the most horrible experience with Aunt Annie’s Pretzels. FRANCISCO, and the entire team was extremely disrespectful and would just laugh at how they turn away customers. Showing no concern, no ownership in there quality of work is one thing but then laughing about it; it is the reason for the photos and this nega... read more

The young man made the pretzel I wanted! I feel the love! 💕 Thank you! Btw, the lemonade is great! The Baybrook Auntie Anne’s NEVER has the pretzel & they refuse to make it.

I stood there and watched the young lady touching the register and go straight to rolling the dough with her hands. Wiping her forehead and straight to the dough. Digging in her pockets and straight back to the dough. NOT 1 TIME DID SHE WASH HER HANDS IN BETWEEN NOR USE GLOVES. THAT COULD MAKE SOMEONE SICK AND GET FOOD POISONING. The only location who is sanitary is the Galleria Auntie Annes. Do not eat here!!!!!!!!! I passed on my pretzel. I’m good!
