The management is terrible they don’t know how to run a business. The lady told me the register was not working. No manager to fix the issue, hay who ever is in charge of the manager has no idea what the hell you are doing. This place sucks obviously, the owner has no care how his management runs this place

I came here the other day. Originally i was just shopping then noticed they had Auntie Annes inside meijer. I went up to get some pretzels for my daughter. I ordered them and some older gentleman running the register and auntie annes went to grab me bite sized ones. i kindly said no no brother the pretzel. In a rude tone he looked up at me and goes (You said bites but alright whatever). I typically dont leave reviews on businesses as i normally never have a reason to but this made me wanna lose it. This establishment is, frankly, a sad joke. It’s rare to see a manager actually present on-site, leaving their employees to handle every issue or task on their own. To make matters worse, the lack of attention to cleanliness is alarming—I’m genuinely surprised no customers have gotten sick. I sincerely hope this franchise takes meaningful steps to improve accountability and that its “management” team learns how to lead in a truly professional manner, soon.
