Food was exceptional, the staff was amazing.I definitely recommend this place
They take FOREVER and never have any pretzels ready. Their pretzels are not the same quality as what I usually get from auntie annes. They were thick and doughy
Focused on their phones while the beeper on the oven is going off. Poor attitude, and no stocked pizza sauce. Said it would be 15min wait and it took closer to 30min while one of the employees was sitting doing nothing.
I almost never leave a review but I even tipped too so this is insane , supposed to come with sauce but the worker forgot it ,so i even had to ask for it.
Only two ladies working the shop, both looked at us like we were intruding because they had someone not in uniform behind the counter that they were chatting with, the one that checked us out wouldn't raise her voice above a whisper so we couldn't hear anything she was saying and the coffee machine is broken so we couldn't even get the main thing we went up for.
