Incredible customer service from the gentleman working the counter. Made personal favorite suggestions that our family all went with. Love the OG pretzel and cheese dip! Keep up the great work!
Craving cheesy mini dogs and a fresh frozen lemonade. This location did not disappoint! I was welcomed with a warm smile and knowledgeable staff. The mini dogs and frozen lemonade were delicious! I will definitely return to this location!
The lady with the black curly hair in a bun was very welcoming! I visited Mesa Mall on May 19th in the evening. She helped me with recommendations off of the menu (pepperoni pretzel nuggets).
Terrible service. I’ve been to this place a couple of times now—I just moved here—and the two women working there are completely unfit for customer service. They spend their entire shift chatting amongst themselves, and the one who claims to be the manager does nothing but yell at the customers.
I went to today to place order something and the staff member Suzanna I believe she has long hair and glasses ignored me completely. I think is the most unprofessional atmosphere I have ever encountered and due that I don’t believe I will ever eat here again. She needs to be removed from this job where customer service is what you strive for.
