I went to today to place order something and the staff member Suzanna I believe she has long hair and glasses ignored me completely. I think is the most unprofessional atmosphere I have ever encountered and due that I don’t believe I will ever eat here again. She needs to be removed from this job where customer service is what you strive for.
Walked up to the counter and was ignored by 3 women having a discussion toward the back. When one finally came to help she didn't say anything, just stood at the register. We ordered our food and the pretzels were awful. They had been in the warmer for way too long and were either hard as a rock or like rubber. I miss Wetzel's....
Lady barely spoke English. Told me they had no small orders. Only large. Why couldn't she put the larger in a smaller container? She said it was because they weren't busy.
As a long time customer, this business will never get another cent from me. The pretzel dogs were cold, and rock hard. Look at how disgusting the dogs were in the picture. Also; I asked for a water cup, and this company wants to charge .70 cents? Get out of here!!! Never another dime!!!!
If I hadn’t waited in line so long I would have returned this. It was hard as a rock and thin as a rail. Not soft at all. My daughter’s in the background was slightly better. Paying $17 for two pretzels and one dip they should actually be serving a soft pretzel not a hardened thin one like this
