Needs new management. English is not their strong suit. I clearly ordered a caramel dip with my pretzel and was given the wrong one. I went back to return it and they wouldn’t let me and made me buy a new sauce after it was their fault. The pretzels are also dry as if they’ve been sitting out all day.
Horrible experience. The pretzel was cold and hard, way too salty—just awful. I'm never coming back. Plus, the person attending seems like they don’t want to be there.
I wish I could give this place more stars. I am so nostalgic for auntie Anne’s and was so excited to go. I got 2 small pretzel nuggets, cheese, and a small lemonade and paid over $17 which is insane. I got cinnamon sugar pretzels which had NO cinnamon. The salted pretzels were small, dense, and just not good. I’d rather get pretzel bites at swig next time.
