My husband and I got there right at opening so we were expecting to wait a little bit for the pretzel dogs, which we were totally fine with. The cashier told us it would be about a 12 minute wait. We waited for a little longer than that but the manager noticed and without us even complaining he came up and said he would refund our order and give us the pretzel dogs for free since we waited a little longer than what we were told. Amazing customer service from that manager.
After all the times I visit this location at Battlefield Mall, I was totally disappointed today when I stopped to get an Original Pretzel (not nuggets) to go. When I got to my car to share with my sister it was totally burnt on the bottom and part of the top as well. I won't be going back anytime soon after paying $6.00 for just one. The prices keep increasing. Ask for a fresh one and wait a few minutes is what I would recommend since we have done it before.
