I have never seen a stand alone Auntie Anne's, it was really pretty inside! Everything looked super clean. The counter worker was very sweet! The food is delicious, I got pepperoni bites and cinnamon buns for the family.
I believe a business's success depends largely on customer service, and in this case, the service was terrible. I made a purchase, but they made a mistake and gave me a product I hadn't ordered. When I went to exchange it, the person in charge refused, even though she knew it was her fault. I decided not to pursue it or get into an argument; I essentially threw my money away. I didn't give 1 star because of the cook and the young boy here in the picture. They were genuinely apologetic! I placed an order for pick up and it took 30 min to get my order .. almost missed my movie This woman right here on the other hand was NOT helpful at all! Get her out pls and thank you!
it seems they did a staff change, new staff is so kind, months ago i came and it was terrible, but went there last night, nuggets were so good, and kind staff!!!
