Ordered one sweet almond pretzel. I was the only customer there. They told me it would be ready in 5-10 minutes... It was burnt as hell. Never had a bad experience with mall Auntie Anne's.
I really tried to support and like this small business but they really need to do something about their oven. The pretzels dogs are always burnt. We've gone several times and it must be a setting they need to change on their oven as they are always like this.
The churro stick and pepperoni pretzel bites were delicious and reasonably priced definitely will be back
Ordered some pretzel dog mini’s and they were all burnt.. if I wasn’t in a rush to get somewhere i would’ve asked for a remake. I even tipped the lady and she handed me a 10$ order knowing that what she served me was burnt.
