The line is always so long. The worker today gave me the most shriveled and pathetic looking pretzel. They did make me a fresh one when I told them it seemed old. But that shouldn’t have happened. If a pretzel is starting to fossilize, maybe save us all the time and throw it out before giving it to a customer.
I ordered a original pretzel nugget never got it I don't mind paying for my items but don't like paying for something I never got not right
Very cold no greeting at all my guess because I am white and the cashier's were black they chose not to say a peep to me just looked at me and I only new what the total price was because I looked at the screen! You guys need to do better when hiring staff. They were absolutely unfriendly! Whoever hired them should be fired!
The pretzel tasted like 9/11. It was expensive and cold too.
