Never open when I go to the mall
Wasn't as fresh 😕 as I thought it would be so it's I'd say it be sitting there for awhile or a day n just refresh up.
stood there waiting for both employees to come back from the bathroom. I understand people need to use the restroom but I don't think both of them needed to go at the same time. food was not fresh. lady was in a rush to get us out of there because she gave us our total when we weren't finished ordering plus didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything else. had a clear distinction of not wanting to be there all over her face. so we just took what we got and left.
Stale old, hard pretzel.. our daughter accidentally spilled her cinnamon flavored one right in front of the worker, Sarah, we didn't get a refund on that one, but I'm sure it was just as bad. I wouldn't recommend for their food or customer service.
One of the workers were very nice and I left them a 10$ tip for good customer service
