They conveniently do not have small cups readily available to sell ("it will take 12 minutes") and also try to charge you for a large one without letting you know or asking in advance. They also try to force a tip at checkout on a product that is already overpriced. Just press the red button to skip. Beware of this Auntie Anne's location.
Arrived early in the morning, but the pretzels already tasted stale and like they have been sitting there for too long. Worse than any other Auntie Anne's I've tried. The cashier was rude.
