East Towne Mall worst service. The girl helping us was washing dishes came over never took her gloves off and handed is the pretzel bites. I asked for a cup of water was told they only have bottled water. I said ok and she gave me a warm bottle of water so I asked for a cup of ice. She gave me small cup no lid. With her gloves still on from washing dishes.
Great service, clean store
Let me start, employees did a great job at taking care of the business not losing money. Even tho my regular pretzel bites were mediocre warm. Disappointed and ask for hot ones. I was told no. Because their timer said they were fresh. Didn't matter that I, the customer, was unhappy. Asked for a refund and they said no. Now wait...you get what you get?
