Katelyn offered great and quick service with a smile.
Asked for almond pretzel 🥨 and told the cashier they were burnt and told me that’s how they look I disagree didn’t even give me the pretzel I asked for. The lies and deceit. Couldn’t even eat it. A waste of money. I thought the customer always came first!

Just lazy! Went for a pepperoni pretzel and they just straight up said they don’t t have any! Usually they say it would take a few minutes to get it done.. but they were too busy with no customers.. talking to this other guy.. If the white gentleman (manager i guess) didn’t ask them to ring me up and make it and it would only take a few minutes.. they would have just kept flirting with the guy that was previously there!
