pretzel bites dry no butter lil salt tough over cooked .Cashier a guy taking orders wear gloves taking money & getting food w same gloves . Touching the food & sticking his fingers in cup of pretzels when he gets them out of the case .
Waited 10 minutes in line, 2 people in front of me. Asked for regular pretzel or regular bites and she said it would be 15 minutes at the least. You can tell they don’t want to work or even help the customer. 5:30pm on a Friday! Rude and uncaring. Won’t return.
Staff here is always so kind and welcoming!! Store manager Brittney takes her role as store manager very seriously!!! Even as a customer I can see that Brittney has superior work ethic! Food is always fresh and the store is always clean. My experience at this location is always 10000/10
I was the second person in line and the employees acted like i wasn’t even there. After 20 minutes I just left..
New owners. New spot. Better service. And of course the pretzel bites are great!
