Very respectful team that provides quality service and experience. They have been as consistent since my first visit.
Went there 15 minutes after they opened and had to wait 5 more minutes to be served. Inside a mall so it was clean and their food was hot and fresh.
I’m 7 months pregnant and have gone 3 times over the last 3 months specifically for the ice cream and every single time the machine has been out of order. This is the closest location to me ( already a 20 minute drive ) and I’ve sobbed every single time because that’s all I’ve been craving 😭 please get it fixed I’ve called a few other places but they don’t have an actual ice machine it’s frozen in a box and I just want an ice cream cone 😔
We didn't eat there because I waited to see when the female employee would be done mopping. And someone walked up, and she didnt even wash her hands. She handed them food with no gloves and their drink. You should push washing hands on employees.
Guys the costumer service at this little aunt Annie’s shop takes precedence of all the food spots here in AZ, they are super cordial, professional and very customer friendly, love the staff, they deserve recognition to say the least! Thanks again for the sour cream and onion pretzel!
