The pretzels are as per usual delicious but it definitely has gotten to the point where the service does not match the quality of the food or should I say Auntie Anne's has become "complacent". I guess that's what you get with all these franchise owned chains. Anyways, if you can look over the slow service and all the other BS like buying 4 pretzels and they look at you some type of way if you ask for a bag, then go for it.
Really friendly and fast service and great team work from Maria and Evelyn . Always smiling I come here aleast 3 times a week.
